The station is situated between Greysteel and Ballykelly, opened on 29 December 1852 and closed on 20 September 1954. There was a single platform on the downside. The station building is on the same side. There was a goods store and sidings at the Derry end of the building. A derelict crane remains here. There was also a siding to a brickworks from the station.
