Peace and quiet, surrounded by a million stars in the beautiful Donegal.

A few weeks ago I went for a solo drive through the Dunlewey area. I stopped by one of the lakes near Errigal to be alone with the stars, a long way from civilization.

It was the last night that I was able to photograph the Milky Way in this position before it moved further to the west.
